A robot created by T.O. Morrow and Professor Ivo as a plan to infiltrate and destroy the Justice League, Tomorrow Woman actually ended up saving the team. Programmed to look and act extremely life-like, Tomorrow Woman secretly housed an electromagnetic pulse strong enough to obliterate the JLA. Her telepathic and telekinetic powers landed her a quick membership with the expanding League, and everything seemed good to go for the evil scientists. However, as Tomorrow Woman worked day after day with the Justice League to defeat the mysterious weapon IF, her programming fought itself and she actually ended up creating a code of ethics inside her. In a blaze of glory, she used her electromagnetic pulse to destroy IF, ending her own life.
