Granted his powers in the same manner as his uncle Barry Allen, Wally first took up the hero gig as Kid Flash. After Allen's death, Wally became the third Flash and the first to truly understand the Speed Force, the source of his and the other Flashes' powers. Since then, Wally has mastered speed skills greater than his predecessors did, allowing him to perform more difficult acts. Flash is also quite public with little regard to keeping his identity a secret. His experience includes membership with the Teen Titans (as Kid Flash) and several incarnations of the Justice League.

	Powers/Abilities
Has the ability to vibrate through solids, with the result of the object exploding.	Can reach top speed of just under light speed; any faster causes merging with the Speed Force. Can also use speed to time travel.	Can lend velocity to other people or objects, allowing them to move at incredible speeds for a short time.
